Design Phase

This project involves the development of 337 apartments across three parcels in Brookland, DC. The scope includes constructing a new 5-story apartment building with a cellar, rehabilitating a historic two-story structure while preserving its facades, and constructing a new 6-story apartment building with a ground-level retail podium and below-grade parking.

FMC’s responsibilities include the structural design and construction administration for all three buildings.
