This project involves converting an existing 12-story office building at 1776 K St, NW, Washington DC, into a 278-key hotel with a café, bar, and retail space on the ground floor. The scope of work includes major interior alterations and additions.

FMC's role involves providing structural design for new slab openings, new stairs, a new elevator, a new loading dock, infilling existing slab openings, upgrading the building envelope, and reinforcing the existing floor and roof slabs
