A dynamic, new hostel-style hotel operated by the renowned European brand Meininger Hotels, marking their first foray into the US market. This 13-story project is on a prominent gateway site featuring 135 rooms and 450 guests.

The building's facade will showcase dichromatic, color-changing panels, adding a vibrant touch to the design. The building foundation system consists of a pile foundation. FMC's scope of work includes the structural design of the 13-story reinforced concrete structure.
