The Gateway at Lackawanna is a new mixed-use development. It encompasses a parking garage on the basement level, commercial space on the first floor, and a four-story above-grade structure housing 160 residential units.

The Gateway aims to engage the community through its urban expressions, offering 10,000 square feet of commercial space and 160,000 square feet of residential area. The development focuses on creating a comfortable environment with various unit sizes to cater to young professionals, manufacturing workers, and families.

FMC's scope of work includes the structural design of the new 4-story building, with three stories constructed using wood over a concrete podium slab.
