The development encompasses a new construction project that combines hotel and residential components. It is a 12-story building, including a penthouse and one level below-grade parking. The project features 160 hotel guestrooms and 60 residential units, with a combined area of 152,598 GSF.

FMC's responsibilities encompass the complete structural design of the new 13-story reinforced concrete structure, which incorporates an isolated footing foundation system.
