This Victorian rowhouse underwent a meticulous restoration and renovation in the Historic Logan Circle Neighborhood, combining timeless elegance with modern amenities. The updated floor plan focuses on entertaining and comfort while maintaining the home's graceful proportions. The open staircase serves as a central feature, visually connecting all floors, while ample windows invite natural light to illuminate the space.

FMC's role in the project encompasses providing structural design services for various enhancements. This includes removing the interior of the existing floor framings and replacing them with new floors, developing underpinning designs, creating temporary bracing designs, and offering construction administration services.
