This building development introduces an innovative urban co-living concept in response to the pressing need for resilient housing solutions. With nine residential units, 51 bedrooms, communal spaces, and a retail area, this design prototype embraces sustainability and community engagement.

FMC's responsibilities encompass the structural design of the new 4-story building, underpinning design for party walls, support of excavation design, conducting a snow drift analysis for neighboring buildings, and construction administration services.
