Additionally, the development includes a unifying interior courtyard, offering a tranquil escape from the vibrant atmosphere of the surrounding Columbia Heights neighborhood.

FMC has taken on the responsibility of providing the structural design for the new five-story building. This design incorporates a combination of wood, steel, and concrete construction, ensuring a robust and reliable structure.
