This project involves a new 4-story hotel in Carlisle, PA. The building design is consistent with the Marriott standards. The hotel would house 112 rooms, with a gross square footage of 59,000.

FMC’s scope of work includes structural design and construction administration of the 4-story building consisting of infinity floor system on light gauge steel bearing walls.

The building foundation system consists of combined footings.
