The development involves the conversion of an existing 6-story office building, constructed around 1980, into a residential property consisting of 35 units. Additionally, there are office/retail spaces on the lower level.

FMC's scope of work encompasses several aspects of structural design, including designing new slab openings, stairs, and area ways and infilling existing slab openings. Furthermore, there will be upgrades to the existing floor and roof slabs to support amenity space and accommodate mechanical equipment.
