Brooks Row is a residential development located in the vibrant Brookland neighborhood of Northeast Washington, DC. The project transformed a former auto body shop and church into 11-row houses comprising 22 units. Each building features upper and lower condominium units, ranging from two to three bedrooms, and includes private roof decks.

FMC Structural is responsible for providing the structural design for the new 11-row houses. The design incorporates a combination of wood and concrete construction, resulting in a robust and reliable structure.
