The project entails a substantial alteration to an existing residential building, resulting in the creation of a transformed residential space with 80 apartment units and retail space on the first floor.

FMC's involvement in the project includes providing structural design services for various enhancements. This encompasses designing new slab openings, a storefront system, reviewing beam penetrations, conducting core drill reviews, and designing retaining walls.

Furthermore, FMC provided construction administration services throughout the project, ensuring the smooth implementation of the design and overseeing the construction process.
