This development involves the remarkable adaptive reuse of an 1880s surplus school building, which has been skillfully transformed into a twelve-unit condominium apartment building. In addition to the school building, the project also includes the construction of four new row houses and a free-standing duplex building, all situated on a triangular lot. Together, these elements form a harmonious and complementary development.

FMC has played a vital role in this project by providing the structural design services for the new row houses and the free-standing duplex building and conducting significant structural work on the existing school building. Our involvement extends beyond the design phase as we have also provided construction administration services throughout the project's lifecycle. This includes diligently reviewing requests for information (RFIs) and shop drawings, as well as conducting regular site visits during the construction phase to ensure the seamless and successful implementation of all design aspects.
