FMC's role in this project encompasses providing structural design services for several enhancements. This includes designing support systems for new openings, opening infills, wall openings, removing bearing walls, implementing mechanical upgrades, and constructing retaining walls and a bioretention system.

Additionally, FMC has been actively involved in construction administration services throughout the project.
