The project involves converting an existing 6-story office building into a 7-story apartment building, resulting in 100 units.

FMC played a crucial role by providing the necessary structural design services for the conversion and renovation process. This included tasks such as slab infill, upgrading existing floor and roof slabs, creating new slab openings, designing stairs, and accommodating mechanical equipment. Additionally, FMC provided construction administration services to oversee the project throughout its duration.
