The use of panelized construction, with the components fabricated offsite and assembled on-site, ensures a faster and more efficient construction process, minimizes weather-related delays, and enhances the overall quality of the building while promoting environmental sustainability.

FMC provided the structural design of the new 4-story building, which incorporates a combination of wood, steel, and concrete construction. Throughout the project, FMC has provided construction administration services to ensure a seamless and successful implementation.
