The Corey, a five-story mixed-use building, revitalizes a previously abandoned corner in DC's Trinidad neighborhood. With its blend of historic art deco and modern design, the 40,000 SF building features 49 residential units, one retail space, and a distinctive curved corner façade adorned with horizontal metal panels.

FMC has taken on the responsibility of providing the structural design for the new five-story building. This design incorporates a combination of wood, steel, and concrete construction, ensuring a robust and reliable structure.
