FMC's scope of work encompasses the provision of structural design services for various aspects of the project. This includes designing new slab openings to accommodate changes in layout and functionality, creating new staircases for improved accessibility and circulation, infilling existing openings as needed, removing shearwall, designing a raised floor for the rooftop amenity area,  improving the building's façade, and construction administration services.
