The project involves a significant modification of an existing 4-story residential building constructed in 1937, leading to the development of a completely transformed residential space consisting of 38 apartment units.

FMC's role in the project encompasses the provision of structural design services for a variety of enhancements. This includes conducting exploratory work, assessing the current structure, reinforcing it to accommodate additional mechanical units, new penetrations, removing load-bearing walls, and retaining walls. Additionally, FMC provides construction administration services throughout the duration of the project.
