Yehuda Nordman, MSc, PE, SE

Yehuda Nordman is the President of FMC Structural. Before joining FMC, he worked for various structural engineering firms, including thirty years with Tadjer Cohen Edelson & Associates in Silver Spring, Maryland, and seven years for CBM Engineering Inc. in Houston, Texas.

Yehuda has worked on many complex projects, including offices, condominiums, hotels, commercial, multi-use, industrial, educational buildings, and low and high-rise parking garages. He has been extensively involved in designs encompassing structural steel, reinforced concrete, pre-stressed and post-tensioned concrete, space frames, investigations and conversions of existing structures, and conducted structural evaluations of existing structures for renovations and conversions to other uses and upgrading of existing structures and investigation of structural failures.

Yehuda's experience includes structural analysis and design for gravity, wind, seismic, blast, and progressive collapse, coordination with interdisciplinary team members, monitoring the construction, reviewing contractor's cost proposals, supervision, and training in-house staff engineers.

Education: BSc in Civil Engineering, MSc in Structural Engineering.
