Hart Middle School

The project consists of installing a new 4-stop elevator in the existing 4-story school building and a mechanical upgrade. The objective is to promote inclusivity and equality by providing all eligible students and school staff, regardless of disabilities, equal access to benefits and opportunities.

FMC's responsibilities include providing the structural design and detailed plans required to create a new opening through the existing slab, design the new elevator pit and foundation, and provide the necessary support for the mechanical upgrade. Throughout the project, FMC has provided construction administration services to ensure a seamless and successful implementation.
