Located in the Carver Langston neighborhood, this project showcases a modern design with 38 apartments spread across seven floors. Notably, the construction utilizes prefabricated light gauge steel, ensuring efficiency and structural integrity, while modular exterior skin panels enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building.

FMC is responsible for both the structural design and construction administration of the 7-story building. The design incorporates a composite floor system supported by light gauge steel bearing walls.
