This 12-unit project spans five stories, including a cellar level, and features 1-3 bedroom apartments. Conveniently located within walking distance to the H St Trolley, residents can easily access the vibrant heart of DC from the Carver Langston neighborhood within minutes.

The development is a new construction condo project consisting of a 5-story building and a basement level below grade. It comprises a total of 11 units.

FMC is responsible for the structural design of the new 5-story building, underpinning design, and snowdrift calculations for the neighbor roofs.
