This project entails preserving, restoring, and renovating a historic 76-unit apartment building located at 3945 Connecticut Avenue, NW. Additionally, it involves constructing a new five-story residential addition consisting of 25 units.

FMC's role in the project encompasses providing structural design services for the new residential addition, as well as conducting substantial structural work on the existing residential building. In addition, FMC played a crucial role in providing construction administration services throughout the project. This involved ensuring the seamless implementation of the design and overseeing the construction process to guarantee its successful execution.
