The project consists of a significant transformation of the existing 4-story office building into residential units. The property will be renovated into 117-119 high-end residential units with attractive finishes and amenities.

FMC is responsible for the structural design, including slab infill and upgrading existing floor and roof slabs, new slab openings, stairs, balconies, areaways, and mechanical equipment. FMC will provide construction administration services throughout the project. This includes reviewing RFI's and shop drawings and performing site visits during construction to ensure that all design aspects are implemented smoothly and successfully.
