The WY18 Condos, originally constructed in 1909 as the Warrington and Wilmington buildings, are located at the intersection of Wyoming Avenue and 18th Street in Adams Morgan. These two buildings have undergone extensive renovation and are now marketed as a combined 5-story condominium development, comprising 46 units.

FMC’s scope of work includes structural design services the renovation work that involved gutting of the existing 55,467 square feet structure, as well as a new addition.
