Located in the highly desirable Adams Morgan neighborhood, this delightful development comprises 12 units. Emphasizing preservation and renovation, two existing building facades were thoughtfully restored to retain their charm and character.

FMC's role in the project included providing comprehensive structural design services for various enhancements. This includes conducting exploratory work, assessing the condition of the current structure, reinforcing it to support additional upgrades, designing the framing for the new addition, creating openings for new penetrations, removing load-bearing walls, and designing retaining walls. Furthermore, FMC offers construction administration services throughout the project, ensuring effective oversight and coordination.
