This multi-family development on the eastern side of the Anacostia River features a newly constructed building on an infill lot, offering 45 residential units. Originally designed as an affordable housing initiative, the units consist of two- and three-bedroom layouts suitable for families.

The development includes a 4-story building, along with a penthouse and a basement level below grade. FMC is responsible for the structural design of the new 4-story building, which incorporates a combination of wood, steel, and concrete construction.
