The project entails the replacement of a deteriorated garage slab at the ground level of an existing 6-story building. FMC's scope of work involved the complete removal of the existing garage slab on the first floor and the installation of a new conventionally reinforced slab. The new slab is designed to be connected to the existing concrete columns for structural stability.

In addition to the structural design and installation, FMC's responsibilities included providing construction administration services, overseeing the construction process, conducting inspections, and ensuring that the work was carried out in accordance with the design plans and industry standards.
