Pranil Acharya

Pranil is the CFO & HR Director for FMC & Associates, a sister company of FMC Structural. Before joining FMC, Pranil gained significant experience working for various companies, including SAI Investment LLC in California and Alaska, where he served as Chief Accountant, and the County of Fairfax, VA, where he worked as a Finance Researcher. Additionally, Pranil held positions as a Corporate Accountant and Treasury Manager at Nepal SBI Bank Limited and Siddhartha Bank Limited in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Pranil is pivotal in various aspects of the organization, including Finance, HR, and Accounting. His responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, such as corporate accounting, managing and reconciling books of accounts, analyzing project costs, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with all corporate, franchise, and tax-related requirements at the federal, state, and county levels.

Furthermore, Pranil takes charge of processing and recording payroll for employees and subcontractors and filing and remitting payroll taxes to federal and state authorities. He also actively evaluates and makes decisions regarding business insurance, employee benefits, including health benefits, and overseeing the 401K plan.

Education: MBA in both Accounting and Finance.
