PROJECT MANAGER
As a Project Manager, Mike provides structural design and analysis, construction administration services, and client and project management and oversees the entire project life cycle, from the initial planning stages to project closeout. He brings over ten years of experience to each project he manages and is dedicated to ensuring successful project delivery for clients.
Mike has an extensive portfolio encompassing diverse project types, ranging from land development and highway design to residential, mixed-use, and educational facilities. Additionally, he has been actively involved in designing and renovating bridges, commercial and industrial structures, DMCF facilities, spillways, office buildings, controlled demolition, and interior remodeling.
His expertise extends to working with a wide range of building materials, including reinforced concrete, structural steel, and wood construction. Moreover, he possesses a wealth of experience in project management, specializing in conducting thorough analyses and implementing design strategies to mitigate risks associated with progressive collapse, seismic activity, and wind forces in both new and existing buildings.
Before joining FMC, Mike worked for the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA), Maryland Port Administration (MPA), and Maryland Environmental Services (MES).
EDUCATION: MSc in Structural Engineering & Project Management. MSc in Road and Transportation Engineering and BSc in Civil Engineering.
